Terms of Service

The service
Invoclara provides automated, preliminary compliance checks for websites and invoices. It is a software tool, not a law firm or tax advisory service. Results are informational only, do not constitute legal or tax advice, and do not guarantee compliance with GDPR, VAT rules, e-invoicing requirements, or any other law. You remain responsible for your own legal and tax compliance.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Organizations may invite additional members, who inherit the organization's plan and usage limits. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal authority to act on behalf of the organization you're signing up for, to use Invoclara.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Billing; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Invoclara to scan websites or process documents you don't have the right to check, to attempt to circumvent usage limits, or to interfere with the service's operation.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited right to process it in order to provide the service to you.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoclara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on automated check results. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
