Cookie Policy
This is a courtesy translation. The German version of this page is the legally binding one.
How we decide what to store
We only store information on your device, or read it from there, when it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, or when you have consented (§ 25 TDDDG). You choose separately for each optional purpose in the banner shown on your first visit — "Reject all" is always one click, just like "Accept all". You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; when you withdraw, we delete the cookies of that purpose and reload the page so its scripts stop running.
Essential — always on
Login session cookies from our authentication provider Supabase (names starting with "sb-"), set only when you log in and removed when you log out; a cookie remembering your language ("NEXT_LOCALE"); and your cookie choice itself, saved in your browser's local storage ("invoclara-cookie-consent") so we don't ask on every page. None of these is used for advertising or tracking. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Live chat — only with your consent
If you allow "Live chat", we load the Tawk.to chat widget (tawk.to inc., USA). It sets its own cookies and local-storage entries (names starting with "twk_", plus "TawkConnectionTime") so a conversation continues across pages, and Tawk.to receives your IP address and browser information; data may be processed in the USA. If you don't allow it, the widget isn't loaded at all and no connection to Tawk.to is made — you can still reach us through the contact page. Legal basis: your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Marketing — only with your consent
If you allow "Marketing", two things happen. First, we load Google's ad-conversion tag (Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA). It sets the cookie "_gcl_au" — and "_gcl_aw" if you arrived by clicking one of our ads — for up to 90 days, so Google can tell us whether an ad click led to a sign-up. We don't use remarketing, personalised ads or Google Analytics. Second, if you arrived through a link of ours containing "?ref=" (for example in a community post), we store that source in our own cookie "invoclara_ref" for up to 90 days; if you create an account, it's saved with your organization so we know which post or channel it came from, and the cookie is deleted. It's never shared with anyone. If you don't allow "Marketing", the Google tag isn't loaded and no request reaches Google, and the source isn't recorded. Legal basis: your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Cookieless statistics
To count visits and measure page speed we use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia; hosted in the EU) and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., USA). These set no cookies and store nothing on your device. They record aggregate figures — page visited, referring site, approximate country, device and browser type, and load-time metrics — that are never tied to you or your account; your IP address is used only briefly to derive a daily-changing anonymous value and is not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it fast). You can object at any time by contacting us.
Fonts
Our fonts are served from our own domain. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font provider when you visit this site.

We update this page before we add any new cookie or tracking technology. Last updated: 23 September 2026.
